This bungalow home was built in 1920. It has beautiful oak trin throughout and was heated via wood burning stove. It has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Two bedrooms upstairs and one on the main floor. The upstairs contained birch flooring and was heated through a vent in the floor. The kitchen, aka butlers pantry, contained a sink, cabinetry, and a stove.
Contracted to bring a 1920's farmhouse to a marketable condition.
Highlights of the remodel include:

Sanded, stained, and sealed oak hardwood floors in the living room, first floor bedroom, closet, and laundry space.

Sanded, stained, and sealed birch flooring in the upstairs bedrooms and reading area.

Gutted the bathroom and installed ceramic tile flooring, wainscotting on the bottom half of the walls, installed new cabinet, sink, soaker tub/shower, and toilet, and refinished the medicine cabinet.

All light fixtures and outlets were replaced and upgraded by certified electrician

Installed vinyl flooring in the living area and butlers pantry

Installed new cabinet in the butlers pantry with ceramic tile countertop

Removed many layers of soot and lacquer from the built in pantry and resealed them with new hardware

Installed linoleum flooring on the back and basement stairs

Oak hardwood floor refinish
Removed carpet, repaired wood flaws, sanded, and stained the hard wood floor under the carpet. Added trim around the entire room.

Gutted the bathroom and installed ceramic tile flooring, wainscotting on the bottom half of the walls, installed new cabinet, sink, soaker tub/shower, and toilet, and refinished the medicine cabinet.
