Completed my MBA - Project Management in 2012 allowing me to transition from IT Problem Management to Strategic Support Services at Henry Ford Health System.

ENTERPRISE PMO STRATEGIC SUPPORT SERVICES

Henry Ford Health System

August 2014 to December 2017

In conjunction with the Enterprise PMO Director, developed the Enterprise Project Management Office focusing on three primary tactics – Portfolio Management, Strategy Deployment, and Leadership Teams.   

  • Developed a management system that optimizes leadership meetings and brought continuity and structure to them.

  • Created a “war room” to represent corporate True North, 2016 – 2018 planning process, 2016 strategic programs, and metrics. 

  • Developed a Strategic Portfolio for the system and successfully managed the work, focusing to keeping projects on time, on budget, and supported through any major roadblocks.

  • Standardized Program Management, Leadership Support, and EPMO Support

RADIATION ONCOLOGY EMR IMPLEMENTATION

Karmanos Cancer Institute

Detroit, MI  48313

January 2018 to August 2019

Project Manager supporting Karmanos Oncology to move 12 Radiation Oncology Cancer Centers to cloud based platform.  Project scope included redundant data centers, Interfaces, DB upgrades, DB migration, DB Merge, separate solution for Proton Therapy, five implementation dates for 12 centers, and a full upgrade for all 12 centers.

  • Supported the implementation of a redundant full-scale cloud-based environment, including validation testing.  Included coordination of resources, from Karmanos and ATOS.

  • Moved 12 Radiation Oncology Cancer Centers to cloud based platform.

  • Lead the team to upgrade all 12 centers from v13.7 to v15.5 over 1 weekend.

  • Managed the development of ADT, DFT, & LAB interfaces for the centers in the cloud.

  • Moved several modules from multiple local versions to one cloud-based version. Velocity, Insightive, RadCalc & ClearCheck are a few of the modules moved.

  • Project milestones completed.

PEOPLESOFT IMPLEMENTATION - 5 SUBSIDIARIES

August 2019 to March 2020

Project manager supporting HRIS to bring five new McLaren Subsidiaries onto the McLaren PeopleSoft platform.  The project included approximately 2500 employees and 5 different networks. 

  • Successfully tested conversion data including two parallel tests to validate payroll and benefits.

  • Provided connectivity to McLaren Active Directly & McLaren network for all five subsidiaries.

  • Successfully migrated all five subsidiaries onto PeopleSoft by scheduled due date.

  • Role ended due to Covid19.
