I've remodeled
My nephew purchased a condo on Pontiac Lake, taking possession February, 2020. We were able to go in and remove the lower level carpet before everything shut down.
Ultimately, we remodeled 1 1/2 baths, installed vinyl flooring in the lower level, painted, replaced all light switches, outlets, and covers. Installed new lighting, and more.
