Project Management
Project Manager for Radiation Oncology department responsible for implementing Varian’s Aria to a cloud-based platform across 12 locations. Project scope included redundant data centers, interfaces, DB upgrades, DB migration, DB Merge, and a separate solution for Proton Therapy. Five implementation dates for 12 centers and a full upgrade for all 12 centers.
Enterprise PMO: In conjunction with the Enterprise PMO Director, developed an Enterprise Project Management Office focusing on three primary tactics – Portfolio Management, Strategy Deployment, and Leadership Teams.
Leadership
Adjunct faculty for Continuing Education at Macomb Community College teaching Microsoft Excel courses for the Continuing Education Department. Previously I taught Microsoft Access and PowerPoint courses.
Solution Center Manager for first level Healthcare Help Desk for ~ 22,000 clients at 9 hospitals, urgent care facilities, and private physician offices in the Metro Detroit area. Provided 24 x 7 x 365 support through 4 shifts.
Problem Management
Development, implementation, and management of ITIL’s Problem Management best practices for Henry Ford’s Information Technology. Member of ServiceNow Steering Committee, bringing efficiency to the Problem Management workflow.
Business Analyst
Business Analyst for both DevOps and Release Team. Supported story creation, prioritization, and Scrum/Agile events.
