I earned my Masters degree in Project Management in 2012.

I had to honor to work with the Director of PMO with Henry Ford Health System.  We built a Project Management Office in which we were able to consolidate /identify projects that were approved and either In Process or Ready to begin and developed a reporting system so that we were able to report the the COO what was happening at the various levels within the hospital system - i.e., Corporate, Hospital, Physician Offices, and various other levels.  

I transitioned to Karmanos in which I was the lead project manager to implement a Radiology Management System in the 13 Radiation Oncology centers.  We were able to implement all locations and perform an upgrade to all 13 locations within 18 months.

I moved to McClaren Health corporate offices and managed several projects along with consolidating/documenting/reporting on all corporate projects.

 

I started out in the 80's working in Automotive Manufacturing where I was responsible for technical support for a global plastic molding injection company.  I was the primary contact for first level support.  With this company I went through two different acquisitions  in which I transitioned from Tier 3 to Tier 2 supplier.

From automotive, I transitioned to retail distribution, where again I was the first level contact for technical support, user ID's, and new equipment tracking and deployment.

Health care was my last transition for technical support where I was responsible for leading a 24 x 7 x 365 Service center for 5 major hospitals in the Metro Detroit area.  I implemented Problem Management in which we were able to gather a team within 15 minutes of a major outage and troubleshoot the issue, with either a work around or solution.
